Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
1.3 Geographic Eligibility. cs8 is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the cs8 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. cs8 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
1.4 Exclusion of Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use cs8: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from cs8 or any other gambling platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of cs8 and its affiliated entities; (d) individuals who are legally prohibited from gambling under applicable Philippine law.
2.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) cs8 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. cs8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
2.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your cs8 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
2.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cs8 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cs8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). cs8 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by cs8 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. cs8 may suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
2.5 Account Ownership. cs8 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your cs8 account or any rights therein to any other person.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cs8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. cs8 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on cs8 is ₱50. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
3.3 Currency. All transactions on cs8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). cs8 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
3.4 Withdrawal Processing. cs8 processes withdrawal requests to the verified payment method registered on the player's account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. cs8 aims to process most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification requirements.
3.5 Withdrawal Verification. cs8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of verification.
3.6 No Cash Refunds. Deposits made to your cs8 account are non-refundable except in cases of verified technical error. cs8 is not responsible for deposits made in error by the player.
4.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by cs8 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
4.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms. cs8 reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been met.
4.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. cs8 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers from players who are found to be abusing promotional terms.
4.4 cs8 Right to Modify. cs8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on cs8 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay matters.

5.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, cs8 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. cs8 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
5.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on cs8. These limits are displayed within each game and may be adjusted by cs8 at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cs8 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds:
7.1 cs8 Right to Suspend. cs8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if cs8 reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) the player's account poses a risk to cs8 or other players; or (d) cs8 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
7.2 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request closure of their cs8 account at any time by contacting cs8 customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification) will be returned to the player's verified payment method, less any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements.
7.3 Self-Exclusion. cs8 offers self-exclusion tools for players who wish to restrict their access to the platform for responsible gaming purposes. 8.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cs8's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the cs8 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8.3 Exclusions. cs8 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data or goodwill; (c) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; or (d) any loss arising from the player's own negligence or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
8.4 Force Majeure. cs8 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
9.1 Data Collection. cs8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using cs8, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 Data Security. cs8 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and cs8 cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.3 Third-Party Sharing. cs8 does not sell your personal data to third parties. cs8 may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) strictly as necessary to operate the platform, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.
10.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and cs8, you agree to first contact cs8 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
10.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
11.1 Right to Amend. cs8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at cs8.one/terms-conditions and will display the date of last update.
11.2 Notice of Changes. cs8 will endeavor to notify registered players of material changes to these Terms & Conditions via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the cs8 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
11.3 Review Responsibility. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the cs8 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 7.2.
